The BlockMaster is designed to be pulled by an ATV (4 wheeler), a utility or even a small tractor for spraying small to medium sized blocks, golf courses etc.
Available in four handy sizes, 100lt, 200lt, 400lt and 600lt. The BlockMaster has either a fixed, 4m or 6m heavy duty folding boom for covering the ground quickly, together with a spray-lance and a length of self-store hose for spot-spraying.
Complete with a 50mm tow ball coupling and wiring loom wthi switchbox the BlockMaster is ready to spray. Simply hook it up and get into those troublesome weeds today!
The BlockMaster comes standard with the following features:
BOOM: 4m or 6m crossfold boom with spring loaded breakaways or a 1.5m fixed boom that sprays up to 4.5m. Nozzle bodies are mounted on stainless steel brackets behind the boom giving complete protection. In-line taps are fitted as standard to allow boom sections to be turned on or off. Booms are plumbed with TeeJet non-drip nozzle bodies - when you switch the pump off, the nozzles instantly stop & the liquid in the pipe doesn't keep dripping out.
PUMP: 12 volt Flojet 13.6lt per minute diaphragm pump. Large capacity pump to run up to a 6m boom. Santoprene diaphragm & viton valves ensures maximum chemical resistance. The pump is mounted beneath the tank so it is flood primed. This pump features an internal bypass as well as a pressure cut-out switch. This means that the pump can be used as an on-demand pump for spot-spraying applications and will also run at a constant pressure when using the boom, which eliminates the need for an extra pressure regulating valve.
TANK: UV stabilized polyethylene tank with a large sump for complete drainage. Tank features a drain valve directly out of the bottom of the tank, allowing you to easily drain any excess spray into another container & flush the BlockMaster with clean water after each use.
WHEELS: Large ATV flotation tyres provide a smooth ride with minimum ground damage. Heavy duty hubs and 50mm axles easily carry the weight.
PRESSURE GAUGE: A glycerine dampened pressure gauge is flush mounted in the tanks frame, giving you an accurate pressure reading at a glance.
GUN: TeeJet spray lance with a long extension to keep the spray away from you. Spray lance has a trigger lock & an adjustable nozzle to change the spray pattern from a wide cone to a straight jet. Polyurethane self-store hose is included for spot spraying.
FRAME: 50x50x3mm RHS Australian Made Dualgrade Smorgon Steel - not cheap imported steel. Fully welded frame. Standard 50mm tow coupling. 50x50x5mm angle boom mounting frame for easy boom height adjustment.
FILTER: TeeJet suction filter with 50 mesh screen to guard against pump damage and clogged/blocked valves. The filter features an isolation tap so that the filter can be cleaned when the tank still has liquid in it.
WIRING: 4mm twin core wiring loom complete with switchbox & alligator clips for easy connection to the ATV/vehicle battery.
FINISH: Trailer & boom are primed with etch primer & finished with the highest quality two pack paint for excellent chemical resistance & a hard rich finish.
