GT SPRAYER 

 The GT series of sprayers are reliable, strong machines made specifically for smaller cropping areas and grasiers.
Designed and built with strength, simplicity and ease of use in mind, the GT Sprayers feature a very simple plumbing design and layout with quality TeeJet and Arag components.
Available in 1000lt to 3000lt tanks sizes with the option of 10m, 12m and 15m Hayes Booms, the GT range offers the best value for money.

THE GT RANGE COMES STANDARD WITH THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

TRAILER: Heavy duty chassis, walk-through platform covered with safety-perf, handrail & steps both sides. The pull has a 35mm ball end or a 50m ball coupling. A swingaway jockey wheel is standard. The 45mm solid steel axle has leaf spring suspension with large Landcruiser type Sunraysia rims with new tyres.

PUMP: PTO driven UDOR ZETA 3 piston diaphragm pump, 85lt per min. Smooth running pump eliminates the need for pulsation dampeners. Also works well with controllers unlike other twin piston diaphragm pumps which can run quite rough & 'hammer' the liquid through the lines.

TANK: Low profile, UV stabilised polyethylene tank with large sump for complete drainage & a smooth interior for easy decontamination, 3/4" sight tube. 2" remote fast drain, 1 1/2" top mounted bottom fill with your choice of camlock, dedicated venturi pressure agitator as well as bypass agitation.

BOOM: The best booms on the market-Hayes 10m, 12m or 15m sidefold self-leveling boom with hydraulic lift as standard.

NOZZLES: TeeJet non-drip nozzle bodies that are mounted behind the boom for complete protection. TeeJet XR110-02VP nozzles fitted as standard.

CONTROLS: ARAG electric controls are fitted as standard with motorized plunger valves (not solenoid), electric regulating valve & pressure relief valve all in the one neat manifold. Valves are mounted on the boom rather than at the front of the sprayer to cut down on unnecessary lengths of hose for easier decontamination, neater installation & quicker on/off time of booms. TeeJet 844e or Topcon Eagle Rate controllers are available as an option.

FOAM MARKER: High quality 30lt or 100lt double sided marking system. A Thomas 12 volt compressor is at the heart of the system & coupled with our end-of-line generators it makes excellent, reliable foam.

FLUSH TANK: 30lt or 100lt flush tank plumbed to enable flushing of the pump & boom. Hand wash tap also fitted.

FILTRATION: Three stage filtration with a large capacity ARAG 316 1 1/2" suction filter, TeeJet 1" pressure filter and TeeJet nozzle filters - all as standard.

CHEMICAL FILL: Chemical sucker/flusher fitted to provide easy, clean chemical transfer from the chemical drum to the tank.

FINISH: Trailer & boom are primed with etch primer & finished with the highest quality two pack paint for excellent chemical resistance & a hard rich finish.
